Hey Leislmott!
You can find information on how to increase the memory limit here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. I’m not sure what you mean by optimising the theme though, I’m guessing the purpose would be for it to consume less memory?
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Your paths for the fonts are most likely wrong, try typing the full url like http://localhost/your-folder/wp-content/themes/enfold/fonts/your-font.eot and also verify that you can actually find the font there so that you know the path is correct.
Regards,
RikardHey bundy8!
You can add Analytics code in Theme Options, if you only want it on one page it should be possible to do it within a code block element.

Did you try !important; after your CSS statements? Also, are you using any caching plugins? If so, please delete the cache and disable the plugin while testing.

You can change the main menu links by going to Enfold–>Advanced Styling and selecting Main Menu Links
Do you want to remove the whole bar with the Google+ icon?

I’m not sure what customisations was done to your other site, maybe this? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Regards,
RikardHey codecreative!
The opening body tag is located in header.php, you could add it there or use the ava_after_main_container hook, also in the header, if you want to place your code in functions.php instead.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Add it to the very bottom of functions.php, did you try to empty you browser cache and reload a few times after adding it?
Regards,
