Hi!
Don’t worry too much about the image they are showing there, I checked you site and it looks fine in all sizes.
The most pressing note you are getting though is to optimise images.
Best regards,

It seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Please include a link to your sites and specific steps to reproduce, browsers+version etc.
@djshortkut, I checked your front page again and the ipad version looks exactly like what I’m seeing on desktop. What pages are you getting these errors on?

The guide should work for versions above 3.0.4, make sure you’ve got the latest version installed (3.1). If you are getting PHP errors it means something has not been done properly. Could you please try to check the code you inserted or try again?
Regards,
RikardHey!
2. I could only see 2 buttons on the start page reading ‘view, I’m not entirely sure what you are trying to do there. Could you try to explain a bit further please?
4. I wasn’t able to find any audio links here: http://www.realwiredmusic.com/about-real-wired-studio/. Could you please specify exactly where to find them?
Best regards,
RikardHey!
I’m not quite sure what it could be, that’s why it would be best for you to contact the host. Just tell them exactly what the problem is, they will most likely know how to fix it.
Cheers!

Yes, if you have a unique class or id for each tab element it’s possible.

RikardHey Hazlitt!
I cannot see the mobile menu on desktop, only on small screen sizes. Could you try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times if you are still seeing this?
As for not being able to click the top menu item, please make sure that Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items is unchecked under Enfold–>Header–>Mobile Menu.

RikardHi!

Did you try to flush your browser cache, restart and reload a few times after making the change?

RikardHi Thomas!
As far as I can see you have the latest version installed, are you still having the same problems? If so, please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply.

RikardHey smittypages!
Are you using a caching plugin? If so, try to deactivate it to see if that helps.
Cheers!
RikardHi alex5252!
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
#top .main_color .tabcontainer .tab.active_tab, .main_color .tabcontainer .tab { color: red !important; }
Cheers!
RikardHi!
I can’t see this on my local installation, could you try to update the whole theme via FTP?
Regards,
RikardHi Erna!
I just deactivated all plugins and your site is now displaying fine. Please activate them again one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

RikardHi mrshaffly!
I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your site on my end, did you manage to get it fixed already? If not, what exactly is displaying incorrectly? You could also try a different caching plugin if W3 total cache is not working out for you.

I get the same error when trying to activate any of the default themes as well, would it be a possibility for you to try and reinstall WordPress? Also, make sure to disable all plugins, one of them might be causing a conflict.
Cheers!
