I’m sorry but I can’t figure out what your problem is from reading the thread, http://www.visionwaves.com/about/team is fixed, correct?
Your other link http://www.visionwaves.com/team-2/, gives me a 404 page so I couldn’t check it. Sorry if I missed something but please clarify what the issue is.

1. You can select edit image after uploading it, in that screen you can set an alt text.

2. The icons and h3 elements are not images, so you cannot apply alt text to them.
