Could you try the following in Quick CSS to see if it works?
#footer .av_one_third { width:20%; } #footer .first { width:40% !important; }You might have to adjust the % values a bit to achieve the look you’re after. If it doesn’t work, please send a link to your site and we’ll have a closer look.

I see categories in the sidebar as well as in the footer on my end: http://imgur.com/tIQ8edq. Could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?

What page is this happening on and what are the steps to reproduce the error? I created a test page, Kriesi test, added a few elements and saved, went back to all pages and then selected to edit the page again and everything appeared normal.

Could you try to completely overwrite your current theme files with a fresh copy downloaded from your Themeforest account via FTP? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’m not sure what you mean by back button but you can use anchor links just like normal ones:

Please select the Default content font size option: http://imgur.com/Tsum2zt. If you need to change the size and style of your headings as well you can do this under Enfold–>Advanced Styling.

I think you’ve probably transferred the site from somewhere, correct? Anyway, I clicked save on the widget and it’s showing your categories now.
