Hey!

You could try to put the files/changes you think you have made in a child theme and take a backup of your current working version, then update the parent theme and activate the child theme. If something should break you can just compare your backed up version and apply the customisations you forgot about to the child theme.

If you have a developer to help you I think he or she should be able to do this quite easily.

I reloaded the page about 5 times on latest Chrome/OSX and I get the same results every time: http://imgur.com/z8AQoEo. Is it only happening on Windows or are there any special steps to reproduce?

It looks like something is messing with the default behaviour which is for the image to cover the whole are, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue? If that doesn’t work, please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look.

You can submit bug reports here in the forum and we will then escalate them if they are a bug.

Hey!

I’m not really sure what problem you are having, could you provide us with a screenshot highlighting the issue please? I tried clicking some of the buttons on your site but none of them brought up a lightbox so it’s a bit like walking in the dark since I don’t understand Russian.
