Hey!
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply. Also, are we allowed to play around with the CSS while testing?
Cheers!
RikardHi!
The login is working now so at least we’ve made some progress :)
Would it be possible for you to change the admin language to english? My hebrew is a bit rusty. The only thing I understand is Boker Tov :)
Regards,
Rikard-

Hey seidelinho!
I’m guessing you have tried to disable plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? If that doesn’t help then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Gee Are!
We could try some CSS out, or would you rather display the mobile menu on a larger screen size? For instance 1024px down.
Cheers!
RikardHi!
Sorry about that, my mistake. When editing a category there’s a feature called Protect this Category, I’m guessing it comes from a plugin? Anyway, when selecting no that category is displayed even when logged out. I tried with your first one called ADA.
Best regards,
RikardHi tylerjmorrison!
1. Please add this to Quick CSS:
.page-id-18 .read-more-link { display:none !important; }
2. I’m not sure what you mean by changing it, in what way?
3. Add the following to Quick CSS as well:
.page-id-18 .text-sep-cat { display:none !important; }
4. Add the following to Quick CSS:
#categories-2 ul { list-style: none !important; }
Regards,
RikardHi!
Great, please let us know if it works for you or if you find something better.
Regards,
RikardHey!
Could you please provide us an admin login for that page too? Make sure you disable any caching plugin and clear your browser cache to see your CSS changes.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
I’m not sure why it’s displaying that background colour, did you check your settings in Enfold–>General Styling? If you can’t set the colour there either, please provide us with a temporary admin login so we can have a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply.
Cheers!
RikardMay 29, 2015 at 5:30 am in reply to: Bug with Fullwidth Sub Menu (no js errors and not open menu) #451525Hi christmann_info!
It seems like your site is offline, I checked on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
Regards,
RikardHi!
You need to close the html tags you open properly:
<strong>Text displayed</strong>
It’s working as expected now.
Best regards,
RikardHey xxtita!
You’ve set the headers in the slider to display 300-something pixels from the left and to not wrap, that’s why it’s not responsive. Please send us a temporary admin login and we’ll have a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply.
Regards,
RikardHey wurgi!
I wrapped the Show Hours line in a paragraph like this:
<p style="padding-bottom:23px;">Show Hours</p>
If you could copy that to the rest of the lines and adjust the value 23 to fit your liking it should work better.
Add the following to Quick CSS to get rid of the bottom border:
.avia-pricing-table-container .pricing-table>li:last-child { border-bottom-width: 0px !important; }
Best regards,
RikardHi mleite1!
Not sure I understand what you mean by that, do you want them to display inline instead?
Best regards,
RikardHey!

RikardHi fcollamati!
By default it’s not possible to do so, it would take some customisations to make that happen. Could you link to the site in question and maybe provide us with a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve?
Best regards,
RikardHey Lucas!
Thanks for the login, are we allowed to deactivate plugins for a few minutes for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
That’s what I tried before, including /wp-login.php, but it gives me a 404 page. Do you have any security plugin which might be causing trouble?
Cheers!
RikardHi!
I’m not sure if I understand what you mean by that, what is happening exactly? Also, you might need to flush your browser cache and reload a few times just to be sure your don’t have any caching at all going on.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Great, glad we could help. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
RikardHey!
Ok thanks, but are we allowed to disable plugins, just for a few minutes, in order to test what could be going wrong?
Regards,
RikardHi Lucas!
I see your problem, could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? If that doesn’t work, please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details here as a private reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi!
I added this line to your Quick CSS just for testing:
div{border:1px solid red !important;}
but it’s not taking effect, I think you have to delete the cache from W3 total cache and disable the plugin while testing.Best regards,
RikardHey Vermishelle!

Best regards,
RikardHi!
Thanks for the details, I can’t verify if they work or not because I don’t know what the URL for the backend login is, that’s what I was asking you for :)
So, what’s the URL for logging into the backend of your WordPress installation?
Best regards,
RikardHey Enffie!
Add a color section, select to edit it, then add the ID to the For Developers: Section ID field.
Cheers!
RikardHi!
Ok, are we allowed to disable plugins for testing purposes? We might need temporary FTP access as well, you can post the details here as a private reply.
