Hi endoradigital!
Not sure why you are having problems but it’s displaying fine on my end: http://imgur.com/cml0PeH. Could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?
Cheers!
RikardHi!

P.S if you reply to your own thread it will be sent to the back of our support queue, please try to not do that unless you think it’s really important.

RikardHey!
Thanks for the details, they are working. But I’m not sure how to actually access your site? The links I tried took me to a page reading:
Indtast den korrekte PIN-kode for at se indholdet af denne URL.
Vi gemmer din IP-adresse, så du ikke bliver spurgt igen.Do you have a direct url to access the site?
Best regards,
RikardHey!
Thanks for the screenshots, is the site live somewhere so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
The content of your site should be safe, but please be sure to do a backup for safety.

RikardHey Peter!
Could you try this please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/

RikardHey!
I can see the widgets fine on mobile sizes but they are displayed in the header as expected. Maybe you could add a widget area under the content of the page and hide it for everything except mobile? That might be the easiest solution.
Cheers!

RikardHi Rackow-Schule!
They should work just fine together but sometimes things get corrupted, could you try to completely overwrite you theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that works? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you should still be having problems after that then please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

I’m not sure I understand exactly what you mean in your first question, the next and previous post on the sides maybe? A screenshot highlighting what you are trying to achieve would help us understand better.

Hi!
I’m not sure if you submitted a link to your site in the Private Content area or not, we’ve had some problems with it not displaying what was submitted after a recent update. Could I ask you to post the link again please?
Cheers!
RikardHi!
I couldn’t see any changes when resizing the window on your site but maybe you’re testing locally? You can try something like the following to change the background image for mobile, this will target the first color section (dementia):
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #dementia .av-parallax { background-image: url(https://www.neuropsychservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/newimg.jpg) !important; } }Regards,
RikardHi fineart!
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Regards,
RikardHey!
The reason why I asked for a link to your site is because we need to inspect your menu, each menu item has a unique id which can be used to target the different levels with CSS. You can’t do this from the theme backend so we need to give you custom code. You’re welcome to try yourself though by right clicking the element and selecting Inspect Element.
Regards,
RikardHey!
We’ve made some updates to the forum and unfortunately we’ve had some problems with displaying information from the private area, though it should be fixed now. Could I ask you to submit the information again please?

I’m really sorry about the forum functionality not working, it should be fixed now though if you don’t mind trying again? I tried both devsite. and www. but I couldn’t access either of them?
Cheers!

I’m really sorry but we’ve upgraded the forum a bit and we’ve experienced some problems with information in the private area, it should be fixed now though. Can I ask you to submit the details again please? Sorry again for the trouble.

You are running the latest version of the theme and I can see it fine on my end: http://imgur.com/IIXQLhl. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardHey!
I toggled it, chose another one and saved then changed back to the first one, and it seems to be working now. Could you check please?
Cheers!
