Hi blomki!
I checked your link in Chrome and Safari on Mac and they look the same on my end, could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?
Best regards,
Rikard-

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

RikardHey Michelle!
You have set the visibility of the page to private, that’s most likely why it’s coming up as 404 page.
Regards,
RikardHey Roy!
Could you link to the post in questions as well please? Also, we might need to have a closer look in the backend, could you provide us with a temporary admin login? You can post the details here as a private reply.

RikardHi Nic_007!

RikardJune 8, 2015 at 7:57 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder elements not present on page after upgrading to version 3.2 #455755Hi!
There is a small caching issue with updating to 3.2, flushing cache or just reloading the page has worked for everyone at kriesi.at and it should solve your problems.
Regards,
RikardHey anubis!
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.avia_ajax_form h3 { text-align: center !important; }

RikardHey!
I can’t see a widget in the header on the site you provided, did you remove it?

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, could you try to explain a bit further or maybe provide us with a screenshot highlighting what you are trying to achieve?
Best regards,
RikardHey DeborahJackson!
Sound like something has gone wrong with your installation, could you try to overwrite you theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Maybe it’s from your hosting service, could you check with them if they are blocking any country ip’s?
Cheers!
RikardHi Malcolm!
That should have nothing to with using a child theme, the only thing a child theme does is override its parents files. Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.
Regards,
RikardHey!
It looks like the special heading font size was a bit to big to fit on mobile, please try the following in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-inherit-size .av-special-heading-tag { font-size: 0.7em !important; } }
Auto play is disabled on smartphones for a couple of reasons, roaming rates being one. You can set a fallback image for smartphones in the color section in the Section Background tab.

RikardHi blonddragon!
It seems you have some kind of conflict going on there, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing the problem?

RikardJune 8, 2015 at 5:58 am in reply to: Change color of "Next" and "Prev" buttons in single product #455715Hey C-LabMX!
I’m not sure what arrows you are referring to, the next and previous on the sides maybe? If so, it looks like you solved it already?
Cheers!
RikardHey TAYLORTOWN01!
I couldn’t see a header widget on the page you linked, did you remove it? We need to inspect the element in order to give you custom CSS for the placing of it.
Cheers!
RikardHey cnovey!

RikardHi euroboos!
You have a set a very narrow width there, could you try to set it a bit wider? Also, you can set the mobile menu to display earlier by selecting smartphones and tablet in the Header Mobile Menu activation option under Enfold–>Header–>Mobile Menu. If you need to display it on larger screens as well we can provide you with custom CSS for that.
Cheers!
RikardHi!
You should only need to update the parent theme, all the child theme does it override the parent with the files you have added to it.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Sorry for the late reply, I’m not sure if you got your problem fixed or not?
Cheers!
RikardHi!
Please try adding the following as well:
#header .widget { left: 30%; transform: translate(0%); }

RikardHi @abskevin!
Manually rebooting your router could help with clearing cache, could you try it out to see if you have any luck with it?
