Hey mamiewong!

I think in this case filenames might be case sensitive. I’m guessing it works if you upload image.jpg but not image.JPG? Could you try if it works better if you rename your file endings to lower case?

I see, sorry about that. You had some unclosed and old html markup in your special header, that’s why it happened. I changed it to this and it’s working as expected now:

Hi!

We can see that it’s still there on the page, but I think you have renamed the containing element to something else since there is no container on the page called header-widget, that’s why the CSS is not working. If you replace header-widget with the new name you gave the container in the CSS it will start working again.

I created a test page, /kriesi-test/ and updated it a few times and I got the correct results each time. I’m not sure what you mean by using a caching plugin to get rid of caching issues, they are used for creating cached version of the content, not getting rid of it. And the theme itself is not caching anything. I’m guessing that your experiencing some local problem like browser caching so please try to flush all browser cache and reload a few times. You could also check with your host if they are applying any caching.

About the page not loading well on mobile, if it’s loading fine on a fast connection but not on a slow one then there’s most likely nothing wrong with the page itself, the connection is probably the likely cause as loading might get interrupted.
