Seems you are running an old version of the theme, that demo came out at a later point. Try updating to the latest version, 3.2.3.

The starting page or kriesi.at is a bit modified but you can achieve the general look by using color sections with and without backgrounds, the rest is predominately standard Enfold elements.

Exactly, you would have to access the actual files on your server with FTP software or cPanel depending on your setup. Like Yigit said you could also contact your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with it unless you want to do it yourself.

If you go to Appearance–>Widget and edit the Widget in question you have 3 different sorting options, if you would like a custom order I think it would be easier to input the links manually using a text Widget like so:

If you have problems with settings/CSS not loading when activating the child theme toggling settings helps. For instance, go to Quick CSS and just type a space and save and your code will be applied, the same goes for colour options etc, just toggle one and save and it should all be applied unless you have made some changes to core files in the parent theme, then you would need to apply them to the child theme as well.

It looks fine on my end using iphone4/chrome, what browser/phone are you getting this problem on? Make sure that you clear your browser cache before viewing the page.

Are you trying to do that from the source code or from a page/post? If the latter you might have to use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/allow-php-in-posts-and-pages/

Are you using the ALB to create the posts where you are not getting the excerpts? If so, it’s the expected behaviour, you will have to add the excerpt manually to posts created with the ALB.
There is a post- or page-id on every page if you inspect it in your browsers. You will find it in the body tag.

There is a shop included in the default demo yes, but if you want the Shop Demo I would suggest you import that instead.

It might be something local, could you try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times or try in a different browser? If that doesn’t work then upload the image you are having trouble with to imgur.com and we’ll give it try instead.

Sorry about this thread being a bit messy, what about if you place each section inside a color section instead and give the color section the anchor in the For Developers: Section ID option instead of the header? I think that will solve your problem. If not then please send us a temporary admin login and we’ll have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
