Hi,
It’s still not working, we just copy/paste the details you post. I think it would be a good idea to create a new user and verify that you can log in with the details yourself, then post the details here.

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If you want to remove the theme completely your will have to do that via FTP if you can’t access the backend.

You are the first customer reporting this so I’m sure it has something to do with your installation. Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

It all looks good but the CSS is not applying, could you try disabling/clearing your caching plugins to see if that helps?

Please make sure that you have checked where to display the menu under Appearance–>Menus, for instance Enfold Main Menu. If you should still be having problem the send us an admin login and we’ll have a closer look.

If you have placed your customisations in one of the core files in a parent theme then they will be lost on an update, if you have them in a child theme or in Quick CSS they will be safe but it’s always a good idea to back your changes up anyway. http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold

I’m getting this error message: accounts/modules/livehelp/include/status.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Images are not found on some places on both back- and front-end, do we have permission to disable plugins for testing?
