    I couldn’t see anything like that using ipad mini/chrome. Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end and in what browser please?

    It looks to me like he’s viewing in Safari

    Hi,

    It looks the same on Safari as on Chrome on my end, please tell the user to empty his/her browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps.
