Like most other things it can fail sometimes, it’s difficult to say exactly what went wrong but most likely something with the Envato API.

Please try adding this to Quick CSS for the background colour:
```

    background-color: white !important;
}
```
Not sure what you mean by time out of the player, videos like that are heavy and a bit slow to load. Are you hosting it on the site itself or a service like youtube?

It seems to load just fine on my end on both pages you linked using ipad mini/chrome. Could you try emptying your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?

Hi,

Thanks for the URL, login is working fine too. First off, could you please update to the latest version of the theme (3.3.2): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You might have to do it via FTP since there seems to be something not right with your automatic updates. You could try to remove, then save, and then add your Themeforest information again to see if that helps though.

I don’t think any break points have been changed in any updates lately, maybe you hade some CSS in the parent theme which were overwritten on the update? I’m not sure exactly what the site should look like, do you have any screenshot you can post? We might need an admin login to have a closer look as well, you can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
