Hey Dick,
If you purchase a new licence, then you will get the latest version of the theme. Once you have access to the theme files, then please try to update manually:
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey Rodney,

I would suggest that you copy the whole site to a local or staging site, then update there first of all to see if you run into any problems.
The update to 5.6.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

RikardHi,
What happens if you use a different method of importing the pages? You could try to manually copy/paste the shortcodes for example.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It does sound like you are having problems with the plugin in question, what happens if you deactivate it? Also, does the same thing happen when a default theme and the plugin is active?
Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)
Best regards,

Thanks for that. It looks like your installation doesn’t have enough memory, please try increasing it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did recreating the page not work either?

You can whitelist emails or mark them as not spam in most email clients, maybe you could try that out?

You can download the theme files from your Themeforest account.

Thanks for the login details. There’s an error being thrown on the file in private. Please share server error logs with us, and try reaching out to your hosting provider, as they should be in a better position to help you out with this.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, the problem with Yoast is likely not related. What happens if you deactivate all other plugins as well? Also please try to recreate the page in question, as something might have been corrupted during your import.

RikardHey Marc,
Contact form 7 is not bundled with the theme. If you are looking to do an integration with that plugin, then you would need to install the plugin first.

RikardHey dj_payac,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHey xtinahill,
It seems to be coming from index.php in your child theme. Why exactly do you need to override that file? You could try removing that file from your child theme, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to delete the theme, then upload it again to see if that helps. Make sure to have backups of your site before changing anything.

RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.home #after_grid_row_1 .content { padding-top: 0; }I don’t understand the last two screenshots, what exactly is deleted there?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The only fatal error I see in there seems to be coming from your SEO plugin. What happens if you deactivate that? Also, did you try to recreate the page in question?
Best regards,
