You can upload it anywhere basically, just make sure that the URL in the CSS is correct. I’m not sure what you mean by enable/disable the font but I’m sure what you are looking to achieve is possible.

Did you uncheck the Responsive Site option under Enfold–>General Layout–>Dimensions by any chance? Send us a temporary admin login if you should have further problems.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

.av-main-nav-wrap {
padding-right: 20px;
}

Not sure what you mean by your second problem though, is the problem caused by a plugin? Our support is limited when it comes to third party plugins unfortunately.
