I couldn’t reproduce that on my end using Chrome: http://imgur.com/7kERadO. Could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?
Regards,
RikardHey Takara22,
Screenshots would be great to understand what you are trying to achieve, you can upload to a service like imgur.com and then link to them here.

I’m having trouble understanding what you mean as well, please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please link directly to the post in question.
Edit: if you are using the Avia Layout Builder for the post it’s the expected behaviour, you will have to add the “regular” post items in manually or just switch to the default editor and save the post again.
Best regards,

Hey MajorRestoration,
Do you mean the blog post to the left close to the footer? If so it’s displaying correctly on my end. Please directly to the page where we can see the issue if this is not what you mean. Also post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end. Make sure to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see the latest version of the page and disable any caching plugin you might have active.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Not sure what’s going wrong there but it might be a good idea to ask your host if have any additional input.

RikardHi,
Something might have been corrupted when uploading, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login, I think you will have to be a bit more specific about what is going wrong since I updated the first page in the pages list and it worked without any problems (link in private).
Are you using any html markup in what you are trying to add? If so make sure that your markup is properly closed as can otherwise break the builder.
<strong>Properly closed markup</strong>Best regards,
RikardHi Nancy,
Ok, sorry for the problems. If you are ok with the workaround maybe we can leave it for now and get back to it once we can access the site? We’ll leave the thread open for you.

RikardHi,
Not sure if it’s what you are looking for but maybe a plugin like this would help? https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextend-accordion-menu/
Thanks,
RikardOctober 22, 2015 at 8:34 am in reply to: Black bands are appearing on a 'stretch to fit' video background #522764Hi,
Not really sure why you would need a plugin for buttons? There is an element for it already in Enfold, or does it not cover what you need?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Still not 100% sure about what’s going on there, but having a semi installed WordPress in the root directory makes me raise my eyebrows a bit, why is it there? If you don’t use it I would suggest you delete it.
I logged in but I couldn’t see the error messages you are getting, is it the same install?

RikardHi,
It sounds like there might be a plugin conflict, would you be able to deactivate all plugins to see if that is the case? If not then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. If you have a step-by-step on how to reproduce the error that would help as well.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m getting an internal error 500 on my end as well on the login page, not sure what’s wrong there but I would contact your hosting service to see what they have to say about it.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I see what you mean but I’m pretty sure it’s not a theme issue, could you try disabling all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardHey quebag,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you mean, it’s difficult without seeing an actual page. But you can try adding the font you would like to the element by CSS in Quick CSS:
.avia-content-slider .new-special-heading h3 { font-family:verdana, arial !important; }Regards,
RikardOctober 22, 2015 at 6:10 am in reply to: How to edit Avia Layout Template that is already created? #522738Hi,
If you are not using a child theme I would recommend you start doing so since you will lose your customisations on updates: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Regards,
RikardHi,
That is also the default behaviour, using the ALB for posts will make the post act like a page, all the regular formatting of a post will be gone and you will have to set them manually. The post format will also be removed like you noticed. Please use the default editor instead, you can still use elements from the builder using the Magic Wand tool (last icon on top row): http://imgur.com/GReRtrs
Best regards,
RikardHi Andy,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure what you are trying to say with that screenshot but looking at your site it seems like you have worked out the spacing, correct?
Thanks,
RikardOctober 22, 2015 at 5:43 am in reply to: Product woocommerce don't update (Groups) when changed #522733Hi,
You can upload the images to a service like imgur.com or a public dropbox folder for instance and then link to them here in your post.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Not sure if I’ve missed something here but I can’t see that error on my end using latest version of Chrome, in what browser are you getting this error? Or maybe you got it fixed already?
