Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? Empty the cache from your caching plugin as well.

I think it’s possible if you enable debug mode in order to see the shortcode and then paste the easy slider shortcode into the tab.

I’m not sure why your widget is not showing in the sidebar, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict? Make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin as well.
