Hey David57,
All images are loading fine on your page on my end, did you manage to get it fixed?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to deactivate all other plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, please try to activate debug mode in order to display shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy/paste the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the link though I couldn’t see any tooltip on there, I’m guessing you are referring to the map of France, correct? Where are the tooltips supposed to show?

Do you mean the full screen slider? I couldn’t see anything like that, I could only see an image of a city skyline. Try clearing your browser cache and reloading a few times to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi Milan,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? What other arrow would you like to use? Please link to it as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Glad you found the problem, please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
The code I gave you previously was to hide the featured image in any scenario, it would unfortunately require a lot of customisation to check if a featured image has been uploaded or not and would be out of scope of theme support. I would recommend to keep the featured image and to upload one for each post, you could use a generic one for the ones you don’t have a good image like your site logo or something like that. Would that work for you?

Hi Bernd,
Your site looks to be down unfortunately, I checked with http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/. Could you have a look?

Hi,
If your site is local only it will be difficult for us to help you unfortunately, the only thing I could recommend is to try the plugin out to see if yields the results you are looking for. We would need to access a live site to have a closer look, though we are not familiar with all plugins out there so we might not be of much help to you anyway.
Thanks,
RikardHey Sadegh,
Please check your settings under Settings–>Permalinks, if you can’t figure it out then send us an admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardHey Sadegh,
I’m not sure if I misunderstood you or not but if you use the code in the child theme then the child theme needs to be active as well. The font won’t change unless you use CSS to tell the site what font to use, have you done that?
Best regards,
RikardHey rmavila,
After clicking the Insert Image button in the Color Section you are presented with a screen to select the image, select the image you would like then look to the right of the screen, you will see ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS. Please select an appropriate size there to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi @charlotteraboff,
Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should have any more problems on the topic.
Regards,
RikardHi Nathan,
On what page can we find it? I couldn’t see anything like that on your front page.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback but we are not at that point yet unfortunately, I agree that the functionality you’re describing would be useful though. If you wish you can make a feature request for it here and hopefully we will see it in a future release.
Thanks,
RikardDecember 5, 2015 at 10:03 am in reply to: How to make sidebar not load into changing new pages. #547407Hi Nathan,
I think you will have to contact the plugin authors about that one, could you try that please?
Best regards,

I’m assuming you got the problem fixed but I wanted to double check?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Next? Send us FTP details so that we can have a look at the installation itself.
Regards,
RikardHey eviang,
Could you try to delete the element, save the page, and then recreate the element again to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi aaronsjohnson12,
Are you loading the font from another site/server? That is likely why you are getting that error. Post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
You can set a background colour in the Color Section options in the Section Background tab. You can assign an id to the section in the For Developers: Section ID field, if you need to assign a class please follow this guide: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Thanks,
RikardHi BrendaSarg,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

.page-id-1039 .small-preview { display:none !important; } .page-id-1039 .post-title { text-align: left !important; max-width: 100% !important; }I’m not sure what you mean by your third point though, could you try to explain a bit further please?
