Could you post the code in the old and new files to pastebin so that we can compare them? I would suggest you copy the old file manually to the new server to see if that helps.

I’m not seeing that error on my end using iphone4/safari, please have a look at the screenshot in private. I’m using the regular version of Safari and I’ve never cleared cookies from it.

You have a lot of items and a large font size plus a large logo there so there simply isn’t room to fit all of them in there, could you try to select a smaller font or maybe rearranging your menu structure or selecting a smaller logo?
