Hi webtroopers,
I created a test page (in private) and it looks full width on my end, could you try to explain a bit further please?
Regards,
RikardHi lccooper,
I’m not familiar with that plugin, could you link to it please?
Thanks,

I think that would be very difficult using the theme, but I guess you could add a basic html page manually to your site and copy the existing code on your old site on to it.
Thanks,
RikardHi @eriatarka,
On what page are you have problems? I selected to edit your front page and the builder and content is loading as expected. Please try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps.

RikardHi mschatz1,
Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict?
Thanks,
RikardHi Carla,
Your hosting provider might be better equipped to answer your question but send us an admin login in private and we’ll have a look.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Could you try to update manually via FTP to see if that works better? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Background images in Color Sections are set to COVER the containing element and won’t show exactly the same on all screen sizes. If you need more control over how they are displayed you could use additional CSS or create a new section and use an image better adapted for mobile sizes. You can show/hide the correct section using CSS. This might help you on the way if you should decide to go for the latter alternative: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/

Neither your theme or WordPress is up to date, current theme version is 3.4.7 and WordPress is 4.4, could you try updating them to see if that helps?

The dimensions of the page should be the same as you entered in the theme options, what exactly are you trying to find out?
Best regards,
