Hi,
I followed the steps you previously wrote and there was nothing disappearing so yes, a video of the problem might help us understand better.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure but send us a link to the site in question and we’ll have a closer look, I think your safest bet would be to do it manually though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You are setting the height of one of the div’s inside the color section to 600 pixels making it look like that, could you try setting the preferred height to the color section instead? If you can’t work it out then please post admin login details in private.
thanks,
RikardHi,
Here are a few plugins you could try:
GZip Ninja Speed Compression:

RikardHi Jean,
I’m sorry about your problems but the login is simply not working, please see the details I’m using in private.

RikardHi,
Please try adding this to Quick CSS and adjust the values to your liking:
#top .title_container .container { padding-top: 10px !important; padding-bottom: 10px !important; min-height: 56px !important; }You can upload screenshots to services like imgur.com or similar and then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardHi gfxdesignstudio,
I’m not sure how to view the actual page, every link takes me to the Under Construction page?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
#header .container { padding: 0px 0px !important; }Best regards,
RikardJanuary 16, 2016 at 6:56 am in reply to: Full Width Easy Slider Not Fully Responsive on Mobile #566470Hi,
What sizes are you trying to target exactly? The media query you posted looks to only target very small screens? Please try to explain a bit further and include an admin login in private as well. You’re missing a semi-colon in your code by the way:
.container.caption_container { height: 150px; }You might want to try the important statement as well to override current settings:
.container.caption_container { height: 150px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Not sure if you can access the backend or not? If you can then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. If not then please include FTP details instead. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure if that will work in a color section but send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Login details are not working anymore, please check. If you can see it in one browser and not another it’s due to caching, please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times.
Best regards,
RikardHi Fiorilla,
I couldn’t see anything wrong with that post, what exactly are you trying to do when the problem happens? You should probably try to save a bit more often to be sure that nothing breaks.
Regards,
RikardHi,
You are getting a 404 (not found) error on this file (private)
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,

Hey acushlasa,
I’m not sure what you mean by that, it looks like you are using parallax already? Please try to explain a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You most likely need to increase the memory allocated to PHP: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. If you want access to the backend again then please navigate to your plugin folder via FTP and rename it to something other that plugins.
Thanks,

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
span.blog-categories { display:none !important; }Make sure that you are running a child theme to not lose your customisations on updates: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
