Hi,
Could you try to update manually to see if that works better? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for your patience, hopefully there will be a fix available asap.

RikardHi Mat,
Thanks for the login, I checked the iconlist but I couldn’t see any missing information. In which of the items are you seeing the problem? You have a lot of unnessesary markup in the second item:
<ul> <ul> <ul> <li><a href="http://www.millercares.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/ARTICLE-Breaks-in-service.pdf" target="_blank">Break In Service</a></li> </ul> </ul> </ul>That was the only problem I could see. We had a problem with that a few versions back but it’s fixed in the version you are running. Could you try and clean up the additional markup to see if that helps please?
Thanks,
RikardHi Ronald,
Thanks for the login details, I’m not sure what to tell you other than there seems to be a compatibility issue with the theme and the plugin. Issues like these are inevitable when using themes like Enfold and we can’t be compatible with all plugins out the unfortunately. Could you find the functionality you want in an alternative plugin or maybe even build it with the theme itself instead?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Your settings and pages should be fine since they are located in the database and you won’t delete that. You can try to overwrite the files instead if you feel more comfortable with that, it should have the same effect. Don’t forget to back your site up before attempting this though.

RikardHi Devon,

Ok, I see the issue now and it’s happening because of open markup somewhere. I would suggest you recreate the page and don’t add any markup to it until you are happy with the layout. After that you can start adding markup where you’d like, but make sure to save and check often to see if something breaks.

RikardHi,
128MB should be enough but maybe you could try to increase it a bit more? What errors are you getting? You said the site crashed, as in crashing your browser? I would try to contact your host again to see if they might have some insight.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, login is working. Not sure how to access anything on your site though, any link I click leads to the Coming Soon page?

RikardHi Fernando,
I couldn’t see anything like that on the front page, on what page are you getting that problem? A screenshot might help us understand better.

RikardHi,
Poor markup is not a bug, just to be clear on that. Please note your markup on the first highlighted code:
<span><strong>and the second highlighted:
<strong><span>Change your markup and you should get the same results.
Thanks,
RikardHi VizuallElisa,
That is as expected when using full width elements, please use 1/1 elements for instance instead.

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .avia-builder-el-1 { margin-bottom:auto !important; } }Best regards,
