Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your site, but I can’t reproduce the results shown in your screenshot at any screen widths. In which browser are you getting those results? Please make sure to test in an incognito/private browser window also.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jim,
You can add the top level as a custom link, then add only a hash character in the link field.

RikardJune 28, 2023 at 7:47 pm in reply to: Enfold Theme Version Number is 5.6.3 update -> Broken site #1411994Hi,
Thanks for the login details. The file compression features in Enfold are not compatible with the SG Optimiser plugin, I turned those off for you in the theme options, and your site is working as it should after that.

Please provide us with admin WordPress login details in private. Also share server error logs with us, preferably in a link from an external source.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to upload the new version for you.

RikardHey BSL,
We can’t help you with lost account details unfortunately. I would suggest that you purchase your own license on Themeforest, then follow the instructions below on how to update from the version you are running.
The update to 5.6.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi Sabra,
That is correct, if you can’t access the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license, then it would be a good idea to purchase a license that you have control over. After you have purchase a theme license, then you can register on the support forum.
Also please follow this in order to register your theme, and to get updates: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Thanks for that. Please provide us with FTP login details as well, and let us know where in your hosting interface we can see error logs. Also please give us permission to deactivate all plugins for debugging purposes.

RikardHey Robert,
Are you sure that your purchase key is correct? If you try it on this page, you will see that it’s not valid, and you can find instructions on how to find your purchase code: https://kriesi.at/support/register/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. Also, maybe you could provide us access to your hosting provider, so that we can test different PHP versions on our own?
Best regards,
RikardHey tulin88,
Thanks for the login details. I activated maintenance mode again, then selected the option which is not a page, then saved the options and deactivated maintenance mode again. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I uploaded two test logos on your site, and those files are working as expected. I’m not sure what the problem could be, but I’m guessing that it might be with the files you are using. My knowledge in this area is unfortunately a bit limited, but you might want to check the original files and try to upload them again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The theme is fully compatible with PHP 8.0, so I’m not sure what the problem could be on your site. Did you try deactivating all plugins and any custom code which you might have added, then update the PHP version?
Best regards,
RikardHey nickezzo,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Try loading the file in private from a secure source, meaning not http.

RikardHey Gary,
The error is generated by the Wordfence plugin, and it’s due to your installation not having enough memory. Here’s how to increase it: https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

RikardHey Mikel,
Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem please? Also, did you try deactivating all plugins to see if that changes anything?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What you posted looks like an access log, and it’s huge. Don’t you have a log which only shows errors?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification, I think I understand what you are looking to achieve. The problem is that there is no such functionality in the theme by default. The only solution I can think of is that if you hide your current content for mobile, then add a new slider which will only be shown on mobile, then add all your content into that slider.
