Hey Olga,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you post a screenshot highlighting what you are trying to achieve please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That effect is not part of the theme which means that is a customisation, I’m not sure how they have done that though but I think you could yield some good results by searching for how to achieve that result.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Great, not sure why you had that problem though. Please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.

RikardHi,
I couldn’t see the area you have marked in the screenshot on your live site, did you manage to get it fixed? If not then please try to explain a bit further.
Best regards,

RikardHey dennisveeken,
Your sidebar is displaying fine on my end, could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s displaying fine on my end using Chrome, in what browser are you seeing this problem? Please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps.

Thanks,
RikardHi Connie,
I’m not sure why Kriesi has opted to not have it active by default but I think it’s due to the fact that most user won’t use it at all.

RikardHi,
The builder is working fine on my end, could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps? If not please try a different browser or machine.

RikardHi Julie,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.page-id-1199 #after_section_1 { display:none !important; }Regards,

The safest way to see your correct changes is to set the post or page to private or password protected and then update as usual, or maybe there is some reason you have to use the preview function?

RikardHi mw75,
There’s lack of support for never versions of WordPress in the version of the theme you are running, is there any chance you could move your customisations to a child theme perhaps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Regards,
RikardHey ReubenTimely,

RikardHi,
I tried uploading the Kriesi logo without any problems, see url in private. Could you upload an image which you are having problems with to a service like imgur.com so that we can try from our end please?

RikardFebruary 11, 2016 at 9:56 am in reply to: Fullscreen Slider (and other Avia Layout Builder elements) not displaying #581517Hi,
I can only give a few standard remedies but we can try, please try the following:
– Disable all plugins to see if one is causing conflict.
– Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you might have active.
– Overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/If none of those work we will probably need to access the installation.
Thanks,

RikardHi WolfvanHaeren,
Not sure why but I’m guessing it’s causing some kind of conflict, what is the purpose of the code? I’m not what defer parsing means?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok I understand now, you can try the following in Quick CSS:
.avia-builder-el-5 { border-right:1px solid red; }But I would recommend you to layout your pages using a sidebar instead of using the builder.

I’m not sure what lines you are referring to, could you take a screenshot highlighting the problems so that we can understand better please? You can upload to a service like imgur.com or a public dropbox folder for instance and then link to them here.
