I’m not sure what you mean by featured image, do you mean the image for the product itself? Please try to explain a bit further and we’ll send you some custom CSS to use.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure if that would be possible to be honest, but you could try the image element. You can set the link manually for it under the Link Settings tab.

Sorry for the late reply. The theme and builder does use JavaScript quite heavily yes, so I’m guessing that is being blocked in your office environment?

You can try this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. I’m not sure why it’s not working with ManageWP but services like that do not always work as you might wish. I use MainWP myself a lot to run updates and more often than not theme updates will not show up in the dashboard of MainWP and I will have to go and do them manually in the actual site dashboard.
