Hi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you completely delete the current theme files, then upload them again? You can do that via the WordPress dashboard, or FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
Best regards,
RikardHey woogie07,
We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that, so we don’t have anything to recommend unfortunately. Please note that your can compress your images locally before uploading them instead of using a plugin.

RikardHi,
Thanks for helping out @guenni007. Did that answer your question @VachetAlexandre?

RikardHey John,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We don’t handle licensing on our end, please try reaching out to Envato/Themeforest support and check if you can transfer your sites to a different account. There’s a regular and extended license as you can see here. Most customers select the single license, as they can purchase licenses for individual sites.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure that I understand your last message though, I’m asking if you are able to select a different PHP version for the site that you are having problems with?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for update. In short a child theme is used to override the parent. The message you are referring to appears since you are overriding WooCommerce templates in your child theme, it has nothing to do with Enfold.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Are you able to check if other PHP version are working? For example 8.1 or 8.2?

Enfold doesn’t have functionality for setting the image which is to be used when posting on social networks, you need to use a plugin for that. Most SEO have that built in if I’m not mistaken.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, we’ll close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
You can check which theme is active under Appearance in the WordPress menu, it takes roughly 2 seconds to see which theme is active. I installed a child theme for you, and copied what was in your old child theme. The new child theme was left active.
A theme license is valid for a single domain including sub domains. So yes, you would need a second license for your other site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to activate the parent theme to see if you can edit them after that. If that is the case, then one of the customisations in your child theme is causing the problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, but we cannot reproduce this problem. We haven’t had any other reports of this being a problem either. Did you add any customisations which might be causing this to happen?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#socket .copyright p { display: inline; } #socket .copyright { width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardHey Daniel Gustavo,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m not sure exactly what you need help with though? Note that we are not a web development agency, we are the creators of the Enfold WordPress theme. We do not accept any type of custom work outside the scope of our own software.

The only place that you can download the theme files is from a Themeforest account unfortunately. I would suggest that you try reaching out to Themeforest support first of all to see if you can recover you account. If not, then I’m afraid that you would have to purchase a new license.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I didn’t need it after all, so no need to send details for the other site. I’ve activated the latest version of the theme for you, and your site seems to displaying as it should, please review it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you give us access to the parent site as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey amandamilenamohler,
Maybe the file in question is saved on your device? Please note that this is not in any way theme related, so you might have better luck searching for the problem using a search engine.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The quotes in what you pasted last are not valid quotes, you need to change them to regular quotes:

You need to increase the amount of memory allocated to PHP on your installation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It looks like there are invalid characters in your code, this is what I see in the source code:
id="”rr7or”"Please try removing all extra instances of this character:

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The FTP login details are working, thanks for that. We just need to verify that you have backups of your site? Besides regular updates, you should also export the theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export and save it on your local machine.
I can’t say what will happen after the update unfortunately, but the child theme will be intact.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you try setting the p element to the colour of your choice under Enfold->Advanced Styling. You could also check your settings for Main Content Font Color under Enfold->General Styling->Main Content.
Best regards,
