Hi,

The version you are using is pretty old and eventually you will have to update since it will not be compatible with newer versions of WordPress. What happened when you updated? You should probably consider using a staging site so that we can check the errors on your site.

Hey Karina,

If you are using the theme on two separate domain then yes, you will need two licenses. You can simply purchase another one from Themeforest and add the new API key to Enfold–>Theme Update. If you should have problems after that then please post admin login details and we’ll have a look at it.

I uploaded the Kriesi logo to your site without any problems, could you link to an image you are having problems with so that we can try it out for ourselves please? You might need to increase the PHP memory limit in WordPress: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hi acceleration_man,

Since the background image is set to cover its containing element some image data will be lost on smaller devices. You could try to add another sections and add an image better adapted to smaller screens and the show/hide the correct section via CSS. Let us know if that would be an option for you and we’ll help you out with some custom CSS.

Hi,

Because when inside a color section it will stick to the container width, if you want your content to go full width then please do not place it inside a container element like a color section or 1/1 for instance.

Video autoplay is disabled on mobile devices due to manufacturer restrictions, but you can set a fallback image to show on mobile if you like.
