I’m not sure what other options you have besides those two, I guess you could host it yourself or look for a paid option with guaranteed load times, if there is such a service.

Very difficult to say what is going wrong there, do you have access to server logs? They might give you some clues. Otherwise I would try contacting the people behind that code, they should likely be able to tell you have to integrate it on a WordPress installation.

Thanks for the login, it’s working now. I loaded your page a few times but I couldn’t see any images not loading. Please try to flush the cache from your caching plugin and do the same in your browser, I think that should fix the problem.

Thanks, it’s working now. I can’t see any reason why your child theme is not showing up though. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? We will probably need to check the child theme via FTP as well so please include those details in private as well.

Sorry for the late reply. The example page you sent doesn’t seem to be using a slider at the top, it’s a color section with a background image set to it. You can try the following in Quick CSS to control the slider caption:

.avia-fullscreen-slider .caption_bottom .slideshow_caption {
    bottom: 100px !important;
}

Adjust the value 100 to your liking.

You can try the following for mobile:

.avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slide-wrap {
    height: 75% !important;
}

The loss of information when saving is most likely due to unclosed markup, could you go through the page(s) you are having problems with to check if there are any unclosed tags please? If you can’t find any then please specify on which pages you are having this problem and we’ll have a closer look.

You can also try activating debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then try to copy/paste your shortcode to a new page to see if that works better.

Sorry for the late reply, are you looking to have the buttons and dates on the same line? If so you would have to target each post individually and set separate CSS for each one of them. Please post a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve.
