I think that the Yoast plugin can’t read that code, when it comes to the gallery the code is all shortcode and I’m pretty sure the plugin can’t read that. But I wouldn’t worry too much about it since your actual SEO won’t be affected. Maybe you can find some more answers here: http://kb.yoast.com/

Not sure what’s going on there, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
