Hi KVSchneppenheim,
The default editing menu is not showing at all on my end in the default editor, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

I’m not sure if I understand what you mean by that, you are referring to images, correct? You can add the alt information to the image under Media in the WordPress menu.

Ok, but I think it’s better you update the parent theme first. We can deal with the child theme afterwards if it should still be a problem. Could you try updating to see if that helps?

I’m not sure what is going on there. Could you try resetting your permalinks under Settings–>Permalinks? If that doesn’t help then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Could you try running this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then I would try updating manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I’m not sure if I’ve misunderstood you here, are you still having problems with it? I checked the version you are running and it’s the correct one bundled with the theme so everything seems to be as it should?

I think you will need at least some coding skills to be able to implement the .php file at least, the images and CSS you can use in the builder :-)

It looks like the CSS was not loaded properly there, could you try to clear you browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please?

Not sure why but it could be because you are using double quotes, could you try replacing them with singles or remove them completely to see if that helps?
