Hi,
I couldn’t see any login details anywhere in the thread and I still can’t, except for the ones you posted, so that is why I asked. I tried them out and they are not working unfortunately, please check/verify them and post again. Also please post your WordPress login URL as it seems you have two installations on your domain.
Regards,
Rikard-

Looks like it’s not activated? Please activate it and toggle/save the settings a few times and clear your browser cache and your settings should apply after that.

I’m not sure if I’ve misunderstood you or not, maybe you could try to explain a bit further? A screenshot might help as well.

RikardMay 5, 2016 at 6:26 am in reply to: disable/remove hover effect showing the image name in my slideshow #627624Hi,
The only page I could see something like what you are describing was on the page in private. I can see the name of the picture when hovering it but that is the default browser behaviour, if you want to remove that you will have to remove the meta info for the picture itself under Media in the WordPress backend.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, I see what you mean now, I get the same result. Not sure what is causing it though since I can’t reproduce it on the demo. Could you try to remove all your customisations to see if any of them is causing it please?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Great, glad you got it fixed and thanks for sharing the solution, much appreciated :-)

RikardHi,
Ok I see. But I can’t see a custom CSS class assigned to the element? Did you follow this? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Regards,
RikardHi,
You can ignore that warning, the slider is bundled with the theme so all you have to worry about is to keep the theme updated. The rest is taken care of and you shouldn’t have to update the plugin manually.

Login details are not working, please check. You could try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from one of them.

RikardHi,
I don’t think it matters how you add it, as long as the tag is there and the data is correct. I’ve never tried it myself but if you want to add it manually you can try to add it in a Code Block element.

RikardHi Jake,
User name and API key should be enough for getting updates, is it not working?
