If you’re only going to have 3 pictures on the page I think it would be better to place them in 1/3 elements, then you won’t need any custom CSS.

I think you will have to check your settings on Facebook to fix that, I think that error usually comes when the page/app is not published.

Could you try deleting everything under Media/Post/Pages and try again? Usually when an import fails the first time it will fail after that as well because some of the content is already there.

At very small sizes it seems your image can’t fit so I think you have to look for some alternative solutions, maybe add another widget to the header with a link reading click here to call maybe?

I’m not sure what you mean by specific template options? Once you have saved your template you can use it anywhere, there aren’t really any other options other than that. Please try to explain a bit further if I’ve misunderstood you.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, could you post a screenshot highlighting the issue please? You can also check your CSS settings for the elements in the Layer Slider to make sure you are not setting them to flow from the right.

Yes but if you select the default editor the regular formatting buttons etc will not show. If there is not a conflict with your plugin I would try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
