Are you using any minify plugins on the site? If so try to disable it to see if that helps. If not then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.

Are you using the builder to create your posts? If so you will need to add the excerpt manually in the excerpt field, if you can see it you can select to show it under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of your screen. You could also try to save the post while in the default editor.
