Hi,
I’m not sure why that happens, are you using a plugin for the email marketing? I’m guessing that is what is causing it if that is the case. Please post admin login details in private if you should need any further help.

I’m not sure if there are any plugins like that, to be honest I’m not sure I understand what you are looking to achieve completely. Could you try to explain a bit further if you should need any more help from us please?
Best regards,
RikardHi youkendooit,
If you are running the latest version of the theme (3.5.4) you should be able to remove the temporary code. The slider on your front page is working fine on my end so try to clear your browser cache and do a hard refresh if you are having problems displaying it.
Regards,
RikardHi dondela,
Please try the following CSS instead, I think it should work better:
.avia_textblock ol li { list-style: none; background: url(‘image-url’) no-repeat left top; padding-left: 21px; }Thanks,
RikardHi,
It seems like it’s only happening on the two on the bottom, right? Could you try to delete and recreate them to see if that helps? Usually when this error happens it’s because of unclosed markup or special characters, so could you try to remove any characters like / and & as well just the be on the safe side. I would try to put each text block in its own 1/1 element as well.
I couldn’t reproduce your other error though, any page I open the builder seems to be loading fine? You could try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times. Using a different browser might help as well.
Regards,
RikardHey grusett,
Could you check your header settings in the Layout menu on the right in the edit screen of the page in question please? You should be able to select to have a transparent header there.
Regards,
RikardHey Kenneth,
I can’t see Enfold installed on your site any more, not sure if you decided to take a different route maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHey melzar,
Looks like you need to activate the mobile menu a bit earlier, try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) { nav.main_menu {display:none !important;} #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important;} }Best regards,
RikardHey JasonC,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.avia-post-nav .entry-image img { border-radius: 0px !important; }Thanks,
RikardHi Ryan,
Do you want to apply it to paragraphs in general? If so you can try the following:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) and (min-width: 990px) { p { padding-left: 48px !important; } }Thanks,

RikardHi Keith,
Yes but it looks like you have selected to have a transparent header on the front page? Try to change it in the Layout menu on the right hand side of the edit screen of the page. I would stick with your current setting though as I think it looks better for the front page.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Try adding the following as well:
.iconbox_icon.heading-color:before { margin-left: -5px; }Thanks,
RikardHi,
As far as I can see the tracking code is present on all your pages, maybe you could try to contact Google to see why you are not getting any data for your other pages?
Best regards,
RikardHi duncanfbell,
None that we know of, usually when a hacker gains access to a site it’s because of a plugin/theme/WordPress which has not been updated frequently enough. Let us know if you should have any problems after your backup and we’ll have a look at it.
Thanks,
RikardHi Indra,

RikardHey mrcityrunner,
I have no idea why but when following the link to your WordPress login page the browser downloads something and the tab closes? I get the same result when typing it in manually.

To be honest I’m not 100% sure of what the most optimal setting would be, I think you will have to experiment a bit to see what works out for you and what won’t. I would try to use the default settings and then clear your cache after any updates of either the theme or WordPress itself.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m pretty confused to what to mean as well, you have the theme and child theme installed on the site. If you want to include your Themeforest username and API key to get updates you can find them at your Themeforest account and then put them in the corresponding box under Theme Update in the theme options.
Thanks,
RikardMay 18, 2016 at 7:00 am in reply to: How to use Google Font only for specific elements, not for content/headlines? #634202Hi,
You could try turning on custom CSS for all builder elements: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/. You can then assign a class using the font you would like to use to the element in question.

Try this instead:
#footer { padding: 0px 0 30px 0 !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
WordPress is the largest publishing platform on the web and I’m pretty sure Google and other search engines can tell the difference static and dynamic URLs, so I don’t think you will have any problems because of this. This is default WordPress functionality and nothing our theme is affecting.
Regards,
RikardHi,
You have a line break tag in between the elements, try to remove it or add this to your Quick CSS:
#display br { display:none !important; }Regards,
RikardMay 18, 2016 at 6:29 am in reply to: Animations and Slider not working when Logged out of WordPress – post update. #634178Hi,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Try to keep all plugin disabled as well while you’re trying to find the problem.
