Your menu is visible and showing in white on my end, did you manage to get it working? If not then please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to try a different browser and/or machine.

I’m not sure but it doesn’t sound likely that lines of code simply disappear, are you sure you didn’t remove it? What happens if you add it again?

Hi Mike,

Importing a demo will overwrite your theme settings so I’m guessing that is not an option, but you could activate debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then link to the page you would like to import and we’ll send you the shortcodes for them.

Hi NervExl,

I would suggest you contact your hosting provide first for issues like this as they can see what is going on on their server and give you suggestions based on that. Out of curiosity, how do you know your plugin are not the problem? Do you get the same problem with one of the default WordPress themes?
