Thanks for the feedback, though it’s much easier for us to help you if we can inspect the actual page in question. Could you create a temporary user for us to be able to log into the site please? You can post the login details in private here on the forum. You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) for the email, though the most important is to post user and password details here so that all the moderators can access the site.

There are several elements which allows you to set background images to them, if you need them in a text block then I think you will have to do it manually though. Here’s a good resource to get you started: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I tried to open that product and it’s really slow on my end too, it finally ends in a 404 page. I can see some error messages when trying to open the product. I’m not sure what they refer to unfortunately, but the server is returning a 403 error which means something is not allowed. I think your hosting provider should be able to shed some light on that though, could you try contacting them please?

Thanks for the login details. I haven’t seen that happening before so I think it’s best if we start off with some general debugging. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that doesn’t work then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi,

Thanks for that, login details are working now. I’m not sure what your are trying to achieve though, they layout you have created is corresponding to what you have on the backend. Could you try to explain a bit further please? If you want to have the background extend on the whole page then please try to move your content into the Color Section which has the background.

That is correct, if you want to fix it before that then please open this file: /config-woocommerce/config.php, and change this line on line 1775:
```
$link = wc_get_cart_url();
```
To this:
```
$link = function_exists( 'wc_get_cart_url' ) ? wc_get_cart_url() : $woocommerce->cart->get_cart_url();
```

It only takes a few minutes to set up a child theme, so I would really recommend that you take the time to do so. It will save you from a lot of headaches in the future. You can download a basic one from here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/
