Hi,
A general note on updates as well: if your site is important to you, then you should perform all types of updates on a staging version of the site first. Otherwise you will continue to run into things like these. I would also advise that you perform Visual Regression Testing on the site to detect changes, as it was obviously missed after this update. If you should need such help then I would recommend you contact a service like SteadyWP.

RikardOctober 25, 2017 at 7:19 am in reply to: Update Changed Mobile Menu & Changed Theme Functions #868566Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure what you have done but the backend looks like it’s not updated to the version your parent theme is displaying. Changing the name of the parent theme can cause problems, did you update the theme manually? Maybe you could try to rename the parent/child to Enfold/Enfold Child?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure which one of your functions could be causing that, did you try to remove them one by one to see which one is the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHey bur2000,
I’m not aware of any unfortunately, did you try searching for an alternative?

RikardHey mikicherniak,

RikardOctober 25, 2017 at 6:46 am in reply to: Question about the license for Enfold WordPress Theme #868556Hey Markus,
Thanks for contacting us and for using Enfold :)
All you need to do on your customer site to keep it licensed is to update the API key under Enfold->Theme Update with the new license key.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

RikardHi,
Are you asking that from your hosting provider? They should be able to give you FTP access as well.

RikardHey vrz,
Usually Themeforest publishes the new versions directly, but this time something is taking a long time for some reason. We have already uploaded the new version and we’re waiting to hear back from Themeforest why it’s taking so long.

Great, thanks for the feedback and please do share if you should come up with something useful :-)

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure I understand the problem though, the logo is visible on the mobile layout, but not inside of the menu. That is how it’s supposed to work. The logo is not supposed to show inside of the menu as it’s already showing on the left hand side of it.

Your image has a white background, if you open it in software like Photoshop you will see that. Could you try resaving the image with a transparent background please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Are you using media queries? If so you should be able to target the ipad pro using these queries:
/* ----------- iPad Pro ----------- */ /* Portrait and Landscape */ @media only screen and (min-device-width: 1024px) and (max-device-width: 1366px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5) { } /* Portrait */ @media only screen and (min-device-width: 1024px) and (max-device-width: 1366px) and (orientation: portrait) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5) { } /* Landscape */ @media only screen and (min-device-width: 1024px) and (max-device-width: 1366px) and (orientation: landscape) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5) { }Best regards,
RikardHi,
The map at the bottom of the page was blocking the sidebar from showing since it’s a full width element. I wrapped it in a 1/1 element and your sidebar is showing as it should now.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t reproduce the problem on my end using Chrome/ipad mini. Did you make sure to clear your browser cache? You could try checking it in an incognito window in Chrome.

Thanks for the feedback. I can see that you have 4.0.7 installed as well, could you try running that until the new version is available? We have already uploaded it to Themeforest but there seems to be a delay in publishing it.

RikardHi,
You are loading more than 13mb worth of images on the page, maybe that could be part of the problem? Please see private for a full run-down of what is being loaded on your site.

RikardHey tweetgeeb,
Please try this instead:
.page-id-46 #team- .image-overlay.overlay-type-extern .image-overlay-inside:before { content: ”; background-image: url(https://www.dawsonbrothers.com.au/staging/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/linkedIn.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: contain; background-position: 50% 50%; }Best regards,
