Hi,

Thanks for that. Since you have copied shortcode into widgets, the theme won’t know that they are being used. I would suggest that you set the Disabling Of Template Builder Elements options under Enfold->Performance to always load all elements if you want to use shortcode in widgets.

Hey a-l-p,

Try checking if the image URLs look like they should, or pick the images from the gallery again. If that should not help, then please try to temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if that changes anything.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I found the backend of the page, but the frontend displays a 404 page. Did you try toggling the permalinks?

Your original problem might be due to special characters or custom code, please try removing anything like that from the content to see what happens then.

It’s hidden by default on small screens. Please try adding this to Quick CSS if you want to display it:

Hey Annelies,

The update to 7.1.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I checked the site where you say that things are working as they should, but the CSS that you pasted above is not present there either. You might want to check the thread where we helped you out the first time and copy the CSS directly from there instead, or try copying all the CSS from the working site into the new one.
