Hi,
You could try using the content slider for example. If you want to make changes to a different element then please post a link to where we can see it, and try to explain your intentions a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHey Munford,
It’s working on my end, but the CSS on your site seems to be loading slowly. You can try to temporarily deactivate file compression and activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHey Matt,
If you don’t own a license, then I would recommend that you purchase one since you need a purchase code to access the support forum, and a token to receive updates. You can get a license here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 7.1.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the update. Which demo are you looking to import?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. There is no element that looks exactly like that in the theme by default unfortunately. There are plenty of slider options available for you though, so you might be able to achieve something similar to your example.
Best regards,
RikardHey a10plus,
It’s likely due to the CSS you have added in Quick CSS:
.faq-title h4 { margin: 0px !important; font-size: 16px !important; line-height: 22px !important; padding: 0 !important; color: #000000; font-weight: normal; h1{ text-transform: none !important; }You need a closing curly bracket after the first block.
Best regards,
RikardHey Thomas,
Are you sure that you are selecting the full resolution version when selecting it from the WordPress gallery?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can upload images to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, Imgur or Snipboard to name a few. You can then link to the image in your reply.

Thanks for the update, but we will need to see server error logs in order to help you out further. They should be available in your hosting backend, you can refer to their documentation or support in order to find them. We could import the content manually for you as well, if you would let us know which demo you are looking to import.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Also, Enfold is a theme. So if you are trying to install it as a plugin, then it won’t work.
Best regards,
RikardHey Thomas,
You are using the wrong file. Unzip the package that you are trying to install, then use enfold.zip which will be located in the extracted folder.

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any error messages except for the curl error, but that doesn’t really say much about what is going wrong. Do you have server error logs that you could share with us? You might want to try and reach to out to one.com support as well, as they should be in a better place to help you out with this.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please post a link to where we can see the actual logo, and share a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure that I fully understand the new problem that you are having. Could you let us know how to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey omnicnc,
I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (7.1.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 7.1.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

Also, you are still using an unsupported PHP version, please update it to 8.2 or higher.

RikardHi,
It’s full width already on my end. If you are not seeing that, then please try checking in a private or incognito browser window.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to temporarily deactivate all plugins and remove any custom code you might have added to see what happens then.

It’s likely because the text in the button is too long, try putting a break tag in the middle:
