Hi,
Thanks for the update. Do you want to hide the elements that you indicated in the screenshot? On which page can we see them? I couldn’t find it on the page that you linked to.
Best regards,
RikardHey fiorettipau,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you have additional questions, then please open a new thread for each of them. We’ll close this thread for now.

RikardHey acolson,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem that you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHey Bert,
If you have disappering content then there is open html markup somewhere in your content, most likely just above where it starts disappearing.

RikardHey safariinkenia,
Did you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins and custom code to see what happens then?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You could try something like this in Quick CSS:
.avia-accordion { max-height: 1200px; height: 1200px; }Note that it might stretch the images.

RikardHey kurson,
The styling applies again after clearing the cache from your caching plugin. Try checking the settings in the plugin and make sure that it doesn’t apply cache for logged in users.

We cannot view preview pages unless logged in. Please link to the permanent URL instead.

You can edit widgets under Apperance->Widgets in the WordPress menu. If you haven’t edited any widgets yet, then the theme will automatically populate them with default content.

RikardHey theovh,
The update to 7.1.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can use the email in private, or one of your own. Just remember to post the login details in private here in this thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Since you have created your content using the WordPress block editor, it’s very likely not related to the theme that you are running. You can test that out by temporarily activating a different theme under Appearance in the WordPress menu. I would recommend that you try recreating your content on a different page, to see what happens then.
Best regards,
RikardHey condonp,
There’s no functionality like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Maybe you could try searching for a plugin or custom code?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So what do the errors say? Do you have server error logs that you could share with us?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, but I’m not sure which screenshot you are referring to. Please post it again and clarify what you are looking to achieve.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Enfold is compatible with all 8.x PHP versions. If you need further help, then please let us know how to reproduce the problem in question.

RikardHey Robert,
Theme licenses are valid for life. The update to 7.1.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

Thanks for the update. I’ve imported the content for the top level pages for you, please review your site. Please note that the theme settings and images are not included. Let us know if you should need anything more from the demo.

RikardHi,
You could try using the content slider for example. If you want to make changes to a different element then please post a link to where we can see it, and try to explain your intentions a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHey Munford,
It’s working on my end, but the CSS on your site seems to be loading slowly. You can try to temporarily deactivate file compression and activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHey Matt,
If you don’t own a license, then I would recommend that you purchase one since you need a purchase code to access the support forum, and a token to receive updates. You can get a license here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 7.1.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

RikardDecember 30, 2025 at 10:31 am in reply to: Failed to import demo on “Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose” Theme #1493584Hi,
Thanks for the update. Which demo are you looking to import?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. There is no element that looks exactly like that in the theme by default unfortunately. There are plenty of slider options available for you though, so you might be able to achieve something similar to your example.
Best regards,
RikardHey a10plus,
It’s likely due to the CSS you have added in Quick CSS:
.faq-title h4 { margin: 0px !important; font-size: 16px !important; line-height: 22px !important; padding: 0 !important; color: #000000; font-weight: normal; h1{ text-transform: none !important; }You need a closing curly bracket after the first block.
Best regards,
Rikard -
