You have not filled in a link in the buttons which are not working:

The href value is where you put the link, and linking to a # sign will go no where. Also, you don’t need this bit:

data-avia-scroll-to=".kontaktformular"

Please try this in Quick CSS to activate the mobile menu at an earlier point:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1290px) {
  nav.main_menu {
    display: block !important;
  }
  #avia-menu .menu-item {
    display: none;
  }
  .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special {
    display: block;
  }
}

}

You can remove it in Quick CSS.
