Thanks for the update. It looks like you have a Separator/Whitespace element at the top of the layout? Try removing that first of all, then set the margin/padding of the Special Heading in the element options.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Are you sure that you copied the whole snippet that Ismael posted? It should only apply to mobile screens, but it applying to desktop sizes as well on your site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you update the theme to the latest version? You could also try to temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHey limedrop,
We haven’t tested the theme with any editors like that unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHey Nic,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
The burger menu works as expected when the parent theme is activate, so there’s something in your child theme which is causing that to happen.

RikardHey Manfred,
Thanks for the update. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the problem on the page in private, and I can see that the server is returning a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. Could you share server error logs with us please?
Also please try to activate debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advance options in order to see the layout builder shortcodes. You can then copy the shortcodes to a new page, and try to remove the shortcode that you have added to the top of the layout for example.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
There’s nothing in the code which would affect some page but not others, could you post direct links to pages where it’s not working please?
Best regards,
RikardHey xfacta,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.avia-icon-list li { padding: 0 0 10px 0; }

Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Nadine,
The update to 7.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardFebruary 23, 2025 at 8:13 pm in reply to: how to make the header logo image responsive and fit to browser width? #1477716Hi,
Thanks for that. I’m still not sure that I fully understand your intentions though, since the site you linked to has a background image on desktop resolutions, and only a text link on lower resolutions. Are you looking to set a background image to the header? If so, then that can be set under Enfold->General Styling->Logo Area.
