RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found the problem. We’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHey Munford,
I think that space is reserved by your actual phone, but I’m not sure. Are you getting the same results on an Android phone? The URL that you posted in private is not working.
Best regards,
RikardHey Gonmyr,
Did you explore the different settings under Enfold->Header? You can also set page based setting for the header in the Layout menu while editing a page.
Best regards,
RikardHey Marcos,
The update to 7.1.4 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,

I’m not sure what is going wrong on your site, but it doesn’t seem theme related. When the Enfold parent theme is active and no plugins are activate then there are error messages coming from Tinymce which is WordPress core, and when a default WordPress theme is activate then I see the error message in the screenshot in private. The problem might be related to the must-use plugins on your site, but I can’t say for sure. I would suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider for clarification on that.
Best regards,
RikardHey magootim,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (7.1.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Are you getting the fatal error on your staging site while all plugins are deactivated? Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins for debugging purposes?

If you use the Layout Builder to create your products, then you will have to add all content to them manually. You can then create templates from the products that you create, so you need to decide if you want to use the Layout Builder, or the default template. We can help you out with minor changes to the default template.

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can use the Layout Builder to create your own product layouts, you likely won’t have to customise anything if you use this method.
Best regards,
RikardHey JennyGr,
A meta pixel is not included in the theme. You can check if something has been added to functions.php if you are running a child theme. Appearance->Editor is not theme functionality, it’s WordPress core. If that is turned off on your installation, then your hosting provider needs to activate it for you.

Your memory limit is set to 512M, you can see that under Tools->Site Health->Info->Server. If adjusting it via wp-config.php doesn’t change anything, then it might be limited by your hosting provider.

RikardHi,
What happens if you remove all the icons, then add them back one by one? Note that some special characters might break the layout builder.

You can set the header behaviour for each page in the Layout menu while editing a page. General header settings can be done under Enfold->Header.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We haven’t seen this problem before, but your hosting provider might be able to give you more details as to what could have gone wrong by looking at the server error logs.

RikardHey homerosaur,
You don’t need to add your token to development sites.
Best regards,
RikardHey Holger,
Does the same problem happen if you activate a default WordPress theme?

There’s a 500 internal server on the WordPress file in private. Reach out to your hosting provider and ask why that is, or share server error logs with us.

RikardHey financier1,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem that you are having?

If the fix is included in the version that you are installing, then you can remove the code I posted earlier.

Thanks for that. Did you try updating your PHP version? Did you try removing any custom code that you might have added to the child theme? Did you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins?

Please try to clear or temporarily deactivate all caches. You could also try to toggle the file compression settings under Enfold->Performance.

I can’t promise anything right now, but it will likely be included in the next release of the theme.
