Thanks for the screenshot, though we still would need to inspect the element in order to give you CSS to use. Is this only happening on your site or can you reproduce it on one of our demos maybe? Did you do any customisations to the theme and did you try to remove them to see if any of them is causing your problems?

Thanks for the updated link, you can get a header if you set it as transparent in the Layout menu on the page in question. If you want to import only that landing page, then you can activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

We can then give you the shortcodes for you to add to a new page to see exactly how it was built, let us know if you want that :-)

Hi,

If your site is able to send emails to gmail addresses, then we know that there is no problem with that. So that should exclude the theme and WordPress itself in my opinion. I don’t know anything about Office365 unfortunately but could it be that there is a configuration problem with that?

Are you using a child theme or not? If not then your edits will be overwritten unless they are placed in QuickCSS. I can recommend that you do the update on a local or staging site first to make sure things go according to plan.
