I can see the problem on my end too, though I can’t see what is causing it unfortunately. There are some error messages on the page, though I’m not familiar with what they mean or why they are there in the first place. Would you be able to get help from the people who provided the iframe? Also, why do you need that iframe? Wouldn’t it be better to create products on your own page?

I don’t really understand your initial question, could you try to rephrase it or post a screenshot highlighting the element you would like to change and how please?

No, you wouldn’t be able to position them under the menu, unless you use custom CSS. Either option you would like to take, I think you will have to spend a lot of time to get those buttons looking right to be honest. Your easiest option would be to leave them on the same line as the rest of the menu.

Also, did you try clearing your installation with this plugin and try to import again after that? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, please note that this plugin will reset everything on your installation, including posts or pages you might have added.
