It was a general recommendation as we have added a fix for the problem in the latest version which is 4.2.1, if you are running 4.2 then please try updating.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. It’s probably a local problem, maybe browser caching? If you ever see this again then please try to log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and restart the browser. You could also try a different browser to see if that helps.
