Thanks for the feedback. The builder is loading properly now and I managed to load your template. The problem is open markup in your content:

You haven’t closed the strong tag properly, so I changed it to this:

<strong>Kami berikan pelayanan terbaik untuk Anda. </strong>

I tried adding some content after that and it seems to be working. Could you try to recreate the rest of your content below that please? Also try to be careful when adding markup to the content, if you don’t close it properly it will likely break the builder like in this instance.

If you use a text block element then you can use the WYSIWYG editor to edit your text, if you select the text tab for editing, then you will see a button to have a block quote in there. If you want to write it manually you can use something like this:

This text is a quote
</blockquote>

You could create the element you want using the layout builder, once you are finished with it then you will need to enable debug mode in order to see the shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Then you should be able to use the following function to echo your element:

echo do_shortcode('[your_short_code]');

There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, but if you want a fullwidth image on top then you could try using a Color Section element and to set the image in question as a background to it.

Thanks for the feedback, though the builder is not loading at all now. The server is responding with 404 (not found) on almost all the resources needed for the builder to work. You haven’t deleted any files, right? In any case, please try to overwrite the theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Your other theme/plugin for that theme might be creating conflicts as well, so please try to deactivate anything connected to that theme.
