Hi,
Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?

RikardjiojFebruary 7, 2018 at 1:48 pm in reply to: SEO, Google Page insights, blocking rendering ressources "above the fold" #909138Hi,
Yes, I just talked to Tiran about that and they have decided not to provide a free version anymore. I don’t think that WOT Cache can get rid of all the warning in Google Page Speed, but if you are actually only trying to speed up your installation, then you shouldn’t pay all that much attention to what Google’s test tell you. I would check it on Pingdom instead, as that focuses on the actual speed of the site. Not what Google thinks is best practice or not.

RikardHi,
I agree that things like this can be annoying, but it’s very difficult for us to keep up with all the LayerSlider updates unfortunately. We are trying to update once a week now though, so this should hopefully not happen all that often.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you sure that you have assigned the menu to the Enfold area under Appearance->Menus? If you should need help doing that then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHey ofekw,
Did you try using a plugin like Yoast SEO? You can set what should be included in Facebook posts using that.

RikardHi Joe,
Themeforest is the only place where you can download the theme, and it should always be the latest version on there. Are you sure that it’s version 4.1.2? We can send you the latest version but what you download from Themeforest should always be the latest version.

RikardFebruary 7, 2018 at 8:07 am in reply to: I want a header/static area above the main menu where the secondary menu goes. #908948Hey fatdogcreatives,
Thanks for the links, though I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to change. I’m not sure what this means?
They want the blue second above the red menu on the site below to be on their site too.
Please try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make.

RikardHey getmebrian,
You are getting a couple of error messages on the page, I’m not sure what they are related to though. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It can sometimes be very slow unfortunately, but if the info you want to be indexed is on your site then it’s available for all search engines to index. It’s not really a problem with your theme or the Yoast plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardFebruary 7, 2018 at 7:40 am in reply to: Change Navigation Sub-Links layout from horizontal, to Vertical. #908939Hey noslenwerd,
It looks like you have selected to show that menu as a mega menu? You can uncheck that option under Appearance->Menus.
Best regards,
RikardHi Lane,
I’m not sure exactly what is going on there, but try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) { .av_menu_left .main_menu { left: auto !important; right: 0 !important; } .av-small-burger-icon { background-color:transparent !important; } }The social icons might not display after this, let us know if that is the case and we’ll have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey hylandgraphics,
I’m not sure if that is possible to be honest. I think you forgot the link in your initial post?

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
When you open a pdf file in your browser, it’s opened by the browser itself, not by the theme you might be using on your WordPress site. It would do the same thing on a non WordPress site as well. If you are having problems with the pdf files, then you would likely need to check the files themselves. This has nothing to do with our theme.
Best regards,
