Hi Elsa,
Thanks for the feedback. The layout builder can be a bit sensitive to open html markup unfortunately, and I think that is the problem in your case. I found this markup for instance:
<strong>Quels produits peuvent être labellisés ?<strong>I closed that tag for you but unfortunately the content below it disappeared, could you try creating it please? If you should have this problem again then please try to check all the markup you have added and make sure that it’s properly closed.
Best regards,
RikardHey Mickeyboy000,
Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, I did what you recommended but I can’t see any changes on my local install. I think we would need to see the actual problem on your site.

Thanks for the feedback, though this channel is for pre-sale questions only. Could you please register on the support forum? If you are having problems with a plugin, then I would ask you to contact the plugin developer first to see if they can help you out.
Best regards,
RikardHey anonnraleigh,
Please refer to this article: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/

RikardHey Robyone925,
Thanks for the link, though I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to achieve. Could you post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?

RikardHi,
I’m not sure why the developers or your site has renamed the theme, maybe to sell if off as their own? Anyway, renaming the theme means that the automatic updates won’t work, that is likely why you are seeing the message that there are no updates. I think it would be a good idea if you cloned your site to a staging area, so that you can update and experiment on there, that would keep your production site safe while you are updating.
On the staging site you can upload the theme manually via FTP first of all: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
About the PHP info: you can get that from your cpanel or by contacting your hosting provider.

RikardHi Martina,
What I meant by another structure was that maybe some of the items could become subitem? Also, did you try to move the parent item up in the list under Appearance->Menus?
Best regards,
RikardHi Colin,
Thanks for that, please try the following in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHey mcristina959,

RikardHi Nathan,
Could you try to import the demo manually to see if that works better? You will find instructions in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey Graeme,
You can copy pages by activating debug mode which enables you to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you can then copy the shortcodes to a new page. If you only want to change the behaviour of the header then you can do so in the Layout menu on the right hand side of the edit page.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #menu-item-shop.cart_dropdown { z-index: 100000 !important; } }Best regards,

RikardHi Elsa,
Thanks for the screenshots, though I’m not sure how to reproduce the error? If you could try to explain exactly what you did to get the error then that would be helpful. First off though, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHey Biggy,
We will just have to wait and see I think, the theme itself won’t be compatible with the Gutenberg editor within the foreseeable future though. I can just advise you to be extra careful before updating to 5.0.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you only need that font for you headers, then this should work:
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Segoe, sans-serif !important; }Try putting it in Quick CSS.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If moving the page should not help, then please try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.
Best regards,
RikardHey info224,
Thanks for the login details. Please try to enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps.
Best regards,
