Hi,
Did you try to import the demo manually? I posted instructions in my previous reply.
You could also try to clear your installation using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, and then try the import again.

Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.5) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi Ingrid,
Please refer to this tutorial: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-add-custom-fonts-in-wordpress/

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, I’m not sure why that is happening though. Did you try editing the Blog Posts element and select all the categories you want to display there?
Best regards,
RikardHey sushiradio,
If you compress and serve your images at the right size you should be able to use any gallery.

RikardHi Ariane,
Thanks for the feedback. I get the same result on my end, it looks like they change a bit since they can’t fit otherwise and I think it still looks ok. Changing this would probably mean quite a lot of CSS changes unfortunately.
Best regards,

RikardMarch 2, 2018 at 7:04 am in reply to: Image and Page content don't show up in internet explorer #920103Hi Katharina,
There are many plugin to chose from when it comes to caching and minification, I think you will have to try your way forward to see what works for your site and what doesn’t.
If you are looking to speed your site up then you might find some useful information in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/seo-google-page-insights-blocking-rendering-ressources-above-the-fold/. I would recommend that you use Pingdom or GTmetrics instead if you want to measure the loading speed of your site. Google Page Speed doesn’t really do that.
If you are looking to hire someone to speed up your sites then I can recommend a service like SteadyWP.

RikardHi Ben,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top .mejs-container { max-height: 100% !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey shamsheer1964,
Please try to increase the memory allocated to PHP on your installation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. I would recommend at least 256mb.
Best regards,
RikardHey Justin Davis,
We have a user registered with that email, I’ve change it to your gmail address instead. Please see private.

RikardHi Mike,

As far as I know it’s not possible to do that in a multisite installation, unless you are using separate themes for each of the sites.

RikardHi,
Updates breaking customer site happens on every update, there is a very simple solution to not having to panic because your production site is down though: update on a staging version of the site first!!. We will investigate this further of course, but that is simplest way of not having to deal with broken production sites.
Everyone in this thread who is not @mmaack; please open new threads and include admin login details to your sites in private so that we can have a closer look and help you out individually.
@mmaack: if you want to downgrade to 4.2.4 then you can find the files in private.Best regards,
