Hi,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

Ah ok, I see. Then you will need to unset the blog post page in the theme option, then use the Layout Builder and the Blog Posts element instead on that page.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, you can change the background image for mobile if you edit the front page. Then edit the Fullscreen Slider element by hovering over it and click on the pen+paper icon. Then click then video you have inserted there, there you will see the Choose fallback image for mobile devices option where you can change the image.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I really can’t see any reason for that video not loading. No error messages, nothing, all I can think of would be a conflict of some kind. I created a test page though and it’s loading fine there, could you try to recreate the problem page maybe?

Thanks for the feedback, I’ve never encountered that before actually. Do you actually need the whole demo? If you only need a few pages then we can give you the shortcodes for them to add to new pages, you would need to activate debug mode in order to see shortcodes first though: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

If you are happy with only a few pages then please link to them here and we’ll send you the shortcodes for them.

Hey iainpdavies,

Autoplay is disabled on mobile devices because of manufacturer restrictions, Apple doesn’t allow it for instance. There is also the matter of users who might use up a lot of data if they must load a video when visiting your site.
