You have line breaks inserted before some of the text, and empty paragraphs as well by the looks of it. Please try to remove that markup, before this text for instance:

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure why updating WordPress would wipe the theme from your server, I’ve never heard of that happening before. Could you copy your site to a staging version and try to perform the update there first maybe?

Also, you are running an old version of the theme. Please consider updating to the latest version which is 4.2.6: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for the login details, I get the same result on my end on the front page. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then copy the shortcode to a new page so see if that helps please?

Thanks for the login. You can set the size of the menu items under Enfold->Advanced Styling. For the h6 you can use this CSS in Quick CSS:

h6 span {
  font-size:20px !important;
}
