    Hi,
I can’t change elements of a page within the Avia content builder. I can only see the ‘loading circle’ when I want to edit a page.
When creating a new page, I can’t edit nested elements (then I also get stuck with the ‘loading animation’.
    I have Enfold 4.2.6 and WP 4.9.5

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details, I get the same result on my end on the front page. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then copy the shortcode to a new page so see if that helps please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I activated the debug mode. No I see the shortcodes. However, when I edit this and I want to save the page, I get the following error:
    “Forbidden
ou don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.”

This made me think about the permissions of the file which are set to 644, but even with permissions set to 755 I get the same outcome.

    best regards,
    Michiel

    Hi Michiel,

Thanks for the feedback. Could you check the permissions for this file as well please?

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

It looks like the server is returning a 403 error when trying to call that.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
I’ve checked the permissions, they are at 644. I’ve changed these permissions with no results. I’ve set permissions to different settings and in combination wit the admin-ajax.php file.
If it is a server problem, in what direction should I look?

    Hi Rikard,

I’ve solved the issue. It was a ‘mod security’ issue.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Great, glad you got it working and thank for sharing. Out of curiosity, what exactly was the problem and what was changed? You could possibly help many other users who face the same thing if you share your findings.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
