I was able to load the backend of your site but not the frontend unfortunate, I get the error message which you can see in private.

Hey Donna6500,

You can’t have that by default unfortunately, but you could try faking the second sidebar by for instance using a 1/4 or 1/5 layout element and Widget areas inside of it.

Hi,

I’m also asking the same question as @guenni007, what would be the purpose of password protecting that folder? If you want to password protect the login page then there are plenty of tutorials explaining how to do that online.

Hey ginnywills,

Go to Appearance->Menus, then click Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select to show Description there. You will then see that option once you open the menu items.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I think it would be better if you used a Color Section element instead though. You can set the image as a background to it. Then you can drag a Special Heading element into the Color Section.

Hi Craig,

Yes you would have to recreate the site unfortunately, but that should be fairly easy using the layout builder in Enfold. Transferring your domain should not be that difficult either, you will likely only have to point the site to your new hosts DNS servers.

Since you contacted us, I’m guessing you have purchased one of our themes? If so then please try to upload the file under Appearance->Themes instead of Plugins. We only sell themes, not plugins :-)

Did you check the permalinks of the two pages, you will have to completely delete the old page (from the trash) for the permalink to be available for a new page. If you want to make a copy of a page then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/.
