Hi Colin,

I’m not sure if we can do much about that, if you want us to have a closer look then we would need versions of Windows 7 and Chrome which this is happening under.

If you need to post screenshots then you can upload to for instance dropbox, google drive, imgur etc. and then link to them here.

Hi,

I don’t think you removed everything, you have this for instance:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 1077px) {
.header_right {
    top: 65px;
}
}
```
Try changing that to 85 or higher and you will see that the search box will work again after that.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problems, though there is not much we can do to solve any problems unless we can actually see them. If you wan to run 4.2.4 then you can download it private.

Remember that a staging site should be located on the same server, otherwise you won’t know if there are any issue with the server in question.

Hi Bonnie,

Thanks for that, I see that you are running 4.2.3 and I think this will be fixed if we update the theme to the latest version. The automatic updates are not working on your installation for some reason, I can’t say exactly why unfortunately.

If you want to try to update manually via FTP yourself then you can find instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.

If you need help with that then please post FTP login details in private as well.

I’m not sure if it will work but you can try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps. Otherwise I think you will have to recreate the page unfortunately. Did you add anything special when it started to break? Maybe shortcode or a custom script for instance?

Hey Trent,

Autoplay videos are disabled on my mobile by default because of manufacturer restrictions (Apple doesn’t allow it for instance), but you can set a fallback image to the section in the option if you like. Otherwise you can duplicate the section and put different content for mobile only. You can control which section to display in the Screen Options tab.

Hi,

Did you try to import the demo manually? I posted instructions in my previous reply.

You could also try to clear your installation using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, and then try the import again.
