Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, though that is not what I’m seeing on my end. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload please? You could also try in an incognito window using Chrome.

RikardApril 3, 2018 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Site images dont show up when update done to WordPress 4.9.4 #936520Hey itgeeks,
Thanks for the details, though they are not working. Could you check and verify please? We only need WordPress login details for now.
As for your problem; I can see that you are running a very old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, though I’m still not sure what you mean by Action Product, what exactly does that mean?

RikardHey twtwigg23,
That will happen automatically if you install the WooCommerce plugin, could you try that out please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, you can see a full run-down of what is loading and for how long in the link in private. 2.3 seconds is pretty good in my opinion, but if you want to speed up your site then you can find useful information in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/seo-google-page-insights-blocking-rendering-ressources-above-the-fold/
If you need someone to help you out then I would recommend a service like SteadyWP.

RikardHi Yuwon,
That is ok, as long as you only use one license for one page then it doesn’t matter if it has been used on another site before that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Lucas,
The options in the layout builder is all that is available, beyond that you would need custom CSS but I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve. Could you post a link to an example image and how you would like to change it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Tom,
Ok, I wasn’t aware that manual excerpts destroys the layout. Could you post a link to an example maybe?
If you own a license already and you need technical support then please register on the forum and start a new thread there.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#scroll-top-link { right: auto !important; bottom: auto !important; top: 150px; left: 50px; }Best regards,
RikardHi John,
What Nikko wrote is the way to edit the demo, since it’s created with the Layout Builder which comes with the theme. So all you have to do is to edit a page which was included in the demo under Pages in the WordPress menu. Once you are on the edit page then you will see that each page is populated by elements in the Layout Builder, you can edit each of them by hovering over the element and clicking the pen+paper icon.
If you should still have problems doing this then please post admin login details in private so that we can access your site, then let us know what changes you would like to make and we’ll make them for you so that you can see that it’s possible to edit everything.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problems, could you try to completely delete the whole theme folder via FTP, and then upload the theme again to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardHi nokray,
Thanks for the feedback, so I take it you managed to get everything working? If not then please let us know.

Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification, that is actually not a footer, it’s a regular Color Section element with the Mailchimp element added to it. Not sure if it would be an option for you to use the builder for that instead of the footer? If not then you should be able to set your footer to one column and then add the mailchimp widget to that area.
Best regards,
RikardHi Christa,
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll go ahead and close this thread then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, are you sure that you don’t have two actual posts with the same permalink? Please try checking that and delete the one you are not using, also remove it from the trash. If you can’t get it working then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .team-img-container { border-radius: 100% !important; height: 250px; } }Best regards,
RikardHey hydrascowl,
Thanks for the login details. I added the Testimonial element to a new page in private and I can’t see anything wrong with it. Could you try to explain a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, I see the same thing on my end. The text is actually there, but it’s white so it’s a bit hard to edit it.
You are getting a 403 forbidden error on the wp-tinymce.php WordPress file located in the wp-includes folder. Could you check if the file in question has the correct permissions? Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that if you don’t know how to check it yourself.
Best regards,
Rikard -
