Hi,

Thanks for that, I can get in now. I think the reason why you cannot remove it is because you haven’t assigned your actual menu to display as your main menu. You can do so under Appearance->Menus, then assign it under the actual menu items. By default the theme will display all your pages in the menu if no menu is assigned yet.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. The settings might not take affect the first time round, you might have to change one or two settings and then safe for the settings to take affect. Could you try that out please?

If that doesn’t work then do we have permission to activate the child theme?

Hey Kamakshi,

That is not possible unless you change the actual image to a portrait type image. If I’ve misunderstood you then please post a screenshot highlighting the changes you want to make.

Hey Ondrej,

You are getting 403 Forbidden errors on a lot of resources, could you check that the theme folder has the correct permissions please? If you don’t know how to do that then your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that.

Thanks for that, I haven’t seen that error before though so I’m not sure what is causing it. I can see that you have two identical versions of the theme installed though, could you try deleting one of them please?

All your settings and code in Quick CSS should be safe on updates, but we recommend that you perform complete backups before any type of update to be on the safe side.
