It should not have any impact on your site speed if you have two sections, since one of them is hidden and won’t be loaded. Could you try that solution out to see if it works out for you please?

I’m not sure if I understand the problem you are having, do you want to import html into a new WordPress installation using Enfold? If so, what is the problem you are having with that?

Thanks for that, your problems is likely due to this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-when-upgrading-to-enfold-4-2-6-i-can-not-access-the-backend/#post-938089. Could you try to perform the update again on a staging version of your site so that you won’t risk down time on your production site? That would also give us the opportunity to actually see the problem if the solution I linked to should not work out for you.
